WITCH HUNTER was right at the back of the field until around 2f out, being produced late in typical Spencer fashion to cause the upset at an SP of 50-1. Croupier had looked the winner when striking on 1f out but was claimed by one with a greater finishing kick. Northern Express ran right to his previous York form with the runner-up, having his chance also here today.
