SNELLEN hung badly to the left last time and went in that direction in the latter stages here, although not as markedly, just pipping the favourite who raced some distance away from her. Pearls And Rubies improved as expected for this longer distance. Edging to her right in front and just denied. Golden Mind was doing his best work late on, finishing well near the stands’ side. He wasn’t beaten far at all despite having to wait for a run.
